just wondering if you are able to race both downhill and four cross at a national round. i'm planing on going down to Illinbah for the national round and just wanted to know if it was posable to race both.

Certainly can, there will be 4X & DH practice on Friday & Saturday with 4X racing on Saturday and DH racing on Sunday. Cheers

Yeah it just means you'll be busy all day either on the 4x track or the DH track. I've raced both in previous years and it does take it out of you but worth it, unless you just want to concentrate on one discipline.
