That was sick man, jibb is looking awesome. Did you build it yourself? If so could you post some pictures.

Anyway great job just watch out for overexposing some shots and the annoying squeeking breaks.

Great Vid, good techniques and editing. How did the dude crash? Sounded like a case, but looked like he got caught up on rocks after the jump that sent him forward.

Thanks for the comments guys. Pictures of Jib as asked about :)

Going to be modifying it slightly tonight - adding a tilt function.

I think this might be why I went OTB

Thanks man - yeah she's pretty sturdy. Have you got a link to the one you are buying? sounds really interesting eh I'd love to see what they look like!

Yup it's one of those focus rings - pretty handy some times. I bought it from the dude who makes them in America (found through the HV20.com forums) if you like I can hunt down the link for ya.

Cheers.

That looks like pretty good value. How much will postage be though? (assuming it's from the US) - like the idea for the tilt action eh, I think I may adopt that one also! :p

Here's the linky to the MFR: http://www.irvdesign.com/product/mfr/

Oh and the materials for mine only cost $55.00 - all bought at Bunnings haha. Only trick bit is the pan bearing... which is something from another project which I made a while ago on a lathe from teflon.
