Im currently running GXP non boost cranks.....

Can I install a DUB external thread bottom bracket and DUB crankset?

I don’t think so...it’s a ‘new standard to end all standards’ a far as I know. 29ish mm to replace 24 (gxp) and 30mm.
I think the BB is meant to fit all frames, and run all new 29mm sram cranks, but not retrofit 24, 30 or others.
Prepared to be corrected.

Edit, totally misread. If using both DUB cranks and BB, yes.

Yep, boost or non-boost will depend on chainring offset.
