Elixer 5

So i busted my front brake, got a Elixer R and love it.

Busted my rear, now am looking to do the same.
Just noticed though, Elixer 5, 20 bucks cheaper, only difference I can see is the lever adjuster isn't there (The one on the R is useless anyways.)

Is it essentially the same brake? I love the performance of the Elixer R I have at the moment.

how did you manage to bust the brake, and what did you do?

Same thing as last time, the hoses were bloody ripped.
We were pumping it and noticed it was making some noise, chucked some lube on it, fixed that, but seems we pumped it too hard and this caused a leak.
The hoses were absolutely rooted though.
I just felt the lever slowly go back to the bars the same as last time I did it and i thought to myself. "Shit"

Good excuse for an upgrade though
