Yellowmundee Trackwork - This Saturday 23rd February
The Yellowmundee trails are deteriorating with continued riding during the recent wet weather. Riding when the track is wet creates further erosion and damage! So please keep of the trails when wet.
Next workday will be Saturday 23rd February from 8:30am to 12:30pm.
With the recent rain the track has almost been overgrown by weed in some sections. The Old Yellowmundee trails are in need of a bit of weed clearing. If you can bring a wiper snipper or other clearing tools that would be great. We will also be doing other work, so I you can bring along hand tools that would be great.
If operating mowing or line trimmer, you are required to wear long pants. We also suggest you wear hiking or work boots, bring a water, hat, sunscreen and work gloves.
Look forward to seeing you at Yellowmundee. Meeting point will be the front gate at 8.30am. All volunteers must sign in and be present for the safety briefing.
