LAME! I lived in the south of France for 2 years... but I hadn't started mtb'ing yet! Noooo! Those trails do look incredible. Classic south of France terrain. Fabien and Cedric, two of the radest riders out there imho

Seriously, for any type of riding this is the best instructional video i have ever seen, all of the techniques Fabian describes can be translated to any discipline of mountain biking. Even for myself, a rider and Dher of 10+ years i found this informative and helpful.
