Final Track Prep for Open/Demo day.

Sunday arv at 3pm meeting at the Amos Gazeebo
The Turkey and Rollercat need a quick once over before next weekends event so if we can get half a dozen volunteers down there with brushcutters we shouldn't have to spend much more than an hour on it.
The sections that need attention is the upper third and the lower third of the Turkey and the up section of the northern loop of the rollercat. The car park and around the gazeebo have been slashed but may need a tidy up.
I have one of the club brushcutters and also the club hedge trimmer, one or the other will be free to use.
Can anyone confirm where the Kawasaki brush cutter is and can it be made available for the arv.

The brushcutter is at our house which is just round the corner from Harvey St. If your'e planning on going in the top gate someone can pick it up from here, otherwise let me or Jock know and I'll drop it off somewhere that suits.

Just came back up the hill from Helidon and whilst it seems pretty wet up here it is a lot drier down there so unless the weather turns bad in the next couple of hours this afternoons clean up will go ahead.
I also have the kawasaki brushcutter so I will bring that down to be used as well.

They were the only ones down there that I saw. Sorry if anyone did go later.

I was being one them guys and riding instead because I'm just a prick like that.
 
A couple more did show up and cheers to them but don't feel guilty mate I'm sure you will lead the way with maintenance next saturday arv.
So here's a heads up to other mtbers to get down and help on the frenzy next weekend, the down hill race in may is our biggest event lets provide a top quality track.
