im going in a comp this weekend or next week end and i was just wondering if you have any pointers for me or tips. help would be good and is there anything that i should learn. thanks people.

Oh yeah and you need to learn flairs, lots and lots of flairs, maybe even flair hops if you are keen enough.

make sure no one else in your division can do backflips.
do a backflip out of the bowl and victory is yours.
