Fixing rims...........

Man......Has anyone tryed replacing spokes.....It's crap, I trying it on my bike and I rounding of 10 spokes.....I fixed that problem got the rim kind of strait............BUT MY RIM IS FULL OF FLAT SPOTS........I'm never going to try it again......Just hope the bike shop can fix my problem...

Did u take off the cassette and disc rotor(presuming u have disc's)??? if u do this it makes it soo much easier!

I don't have disks....just a normal rim. Alex dobble wall rims with cheap hubs.

Yes...but my problems not replacing the spocks put more striating up the rim........

it's good and has some nice diagrams explaining stuff

Always make sure you take off your tube and tire when truing a wheel, it might sound simple, but you got no idea how many people dont do it.

Man..... I didn't think of looking at the park tool web sight. It's got everying on repairing rims....

Just make sure to use Brass (not alloy) nipples if you need to replace any.

Alloy is good for weight weenies and those who want a funky anodised colour. Otherwise don't touch em
