Fork dust seal drivers for RS PIKE Ultimate

Is someone able to help me determine the difference between these two tools in terms of the job they are supposed to do? i.e. install new dust seals in a rockshox Pike. I'm somewhat confused whether they both do the same job, or they need to be used together.
And I bit of a search around here leads me to ask do I even need the tool to get the job done?

Both the above do the same job. You don't need one to install, but it does make it easier.

Can 3D print one for you if wanted, just PM me.

No need for the tool, just use something round that is the right diameter.
A jar lid, the jar itself, a pill bottle, pvc pipe... etc
