I am changing the oil in my forks and want to know whether to use the rock shox oil or another brand.
What does everyone use ?
It's for boxxers

just go into a motorbike shop and get the recommended oil weigh from motorex or something.... you will save alot of money and it will work just as good

My family used to have a motorbike shop, I got to try most brands out.

-Motul is the shiznitz (but hella expensive)
-then Shell (best value)
-Bel ray isn't bad

The others seem to not be so good on lubrication and "go off" ie contamination, a bit quicker.
Found I was blowing a lot of cartridges using castrol...

Yeap, I managed to pick up 2 litres (different weights) from the local moto shop for $25; beats the hell out of buying the bicycle brand stuff.
