LOST *Found* Cannondale 29er1 Parted company with my car, M4 between Glenbrook & Blacktown

Hi, as the title says... my green 29er1 has parted company with my car somewhere between Glenbrook and Blacktown (Sydney). If anyone has any details (or perchance a good samaritan rescued it...) please PM... need this for World Solos!

Update, rotorburn comes through and its been found!

i am also curious on how it was found also, as when i read this when you first posted, i copied the link to all the friends using the same rack as you.

Not well I'm afraid - local bike shop is working out what is salvageable...

Apparently Thule have changed the way that they clamp the down tube in the later models... Mine sorta clamps from the bottom like <0> but the newer models clamp over the down tube - apparently they have a reputation of springing open and the wheel retaining straps aren't that strong...

Lesson learnt - now have decent tie downs to secure the wheels
