Might have an SLX at home. I'll have a look tonight. I'm thinking it may be 170mm though, but will confirm...

Feels weird. Feels even worse when you go back to matched length cranks. Strong do not advise.

In truth, no ones legs are functionally equal length.
Often 10 mm difference and even more after a hip replacement.
Its amazing that 5mm shorter cranks seem to reduce pedal strikes.

5mm shorter is almost certainly all in my mind....confirmation bias and shit.....larger/wider platform pedals would certainly have more effect on off camber strikes, and thicker pedals certainly add more than 5mm in most cases......yet I absolutely refuse to run 175's

Is that because your legs are only 170mm long?

Confirmed that the set I've got is 175, but need to have a better look for the non drive arm... Will let you know.

BTW... It's SLX if that matters.
