I think i can just use the foot nut and top if it's a different size? Prefer the older B1 version rather than the newer C1 as the older was a bit softer

comments: only had it on the bike for a few days - the handle interferes with the frame so I got a cheapie ali express stealth axle instead. No damage to the cutout thing because I couldnt use it for doing it up - but you can use a 6mm hex wrench up the thread end to do it up
