What: Brake adaptor for hope mono6 Ti's to fit Boxxers

Extra Info: Just got new forks fitted to my bike and got a call saying they dont have any adaptors to fit hope brakes.
So if anyone has one for sale or just knows where to get one it is quite urgent.
