Fox F32 F100 2009 Crush Washers

Hi all,

It's my first time servicing suspension forks and I'm going to replace the oil in my Fox 32 F100 fork (because I love pulling stuff apart). After reading a few how-to's, they all mention crush washers that are located underneath the nuts on the bottom of the forks. However, the forks I have don't seem to have these crush washers, or if they do, I can't find them. What it does have however is custom shaped nuts at the bottom with a little lip that seems to fit over a raised section on the lowers. Does this remove the need for crush washers?

They are the stock fork on a '09 Giant Anthem X1 if that helps at all.

Cheers.

That raised section on the bottom of the lower is most likely the crush washer.
Mine usually come off with the bottom nuts but they can get stuck on the fork lower.
A bit of light force should release them easily.
