Fox shock pressures

Hey guys, anyone know where I can find a table or chart for fox pressure/ weights. I read there was an app but can't find it? Any help appreciated.

Rough guide is rider weight in lbs direct to psi.

Eg, 180lbs body weight + 20 lbs of kit. Rough guide is 200 psi.

Better way is to set up as per sag %. Guides are exactly that... a rough guide.

Depends on the bike's suspension geometry & leverage on the shock too. Equal pressure to weight (in Lbs) is a starting point, but some will work better at around 90% to get the sag right, others may be 110%. Typically longer travel exerts more leverage, so needs more pressure. As JTMofo said, ultimately the correct sag is what you're after, so just play around with the pressure until you get it right.

Suspension design changes everything. Aim for 15 to 30% sag depending where you sit on the XC - DH spectrum.

Shock pressure recommendations on the internet is like saddle recommendations on the Internet, useless. It's all about the sag man !

As above. I ran same fox shock on 2 bikes. 125mm chumba needed 95psi, intense 165mm needed 150+ psi.
