Item: 09 Giant Anthem X1 (medium)
Location: Melbz.
Reason for sale: 29er = no use.
Condition: The usual cosmetics scuffs and rub marks from riding but no dints, cracks or deep scratches. Presents in very good condition.
Price and Condtions of Sale: $1200, prefer local sale. Would rather you come and have a look/ride answer questions.
Extra Info: Purchased this bike new from Lygon St Cycles, original owner with receipt/handbook etc.
Yes the bike has been raced and well ridden throughout its life but in doing so its been serviced with full love, hence the running gear/things that break and cause you to swear have been replaced, upgraded, serviced or tweaked. Usual shoe scuffs on the crank arms, cable rub, tape marks from tubes/Co2 etc. But otherwise very good overall condition.
Its had some upgraded bits and pieces, otherwise its stock as opened from the box. All fork seals/internals were done earlier this year along with new middle XTR chainring and rear set. Will be serviced by LBS on sale.
Will consider swap for AM bike, 6" travel plus with $ your way if you have something in the same condition etc? Ive you live in Vico, something like a YY/Buller machine.

Yes the Anthem is the Commodore of the MTB world but it still can bring a smile to your face despite what RB threads suggest. I loved that thread.
