the search function on strava has had a major facelift and your can search courses by name, rides by area and segments or climbs as well.
I am not sure if they've got their export option sorted yet (they had to take it down to refine privacy issues) but I have used the Strava GPX Exporter available at http://cosmocatalano.com/strava-gpx-export/ with no problems in the past. Check out that the GPX has workjed in Google Earth and then just save the GPX into the NewFiles folder on your device and it will load it as a course for you to follow on your next ride!
