Hey, cant say I have, but as a sufferer of the placebo effect It will feel lighter if I don't :heh: as my scales are probably out.
But in saying that after you wrote that i went out to the garage and got a 10kg weight and hooked it on the scales and they came up as 10kgs so can't be too far out.

the retina melting orange ones.....
he got his from spearmans wollongong,said it was the best deal around......
he's also very happy with his,a lot lighter than his freeride bike but just as capable
