GT Carbon and Alloy together.

Hope not to offend any one who owns one or is selling one... but ....
It was one of the smoothest riding bikes I have ever owned
Bought second hand but as new with very little use so no warrantee .. fair call but as I am stuck with the frame here are the picks
12 months riding at about 2 sessions a week at my local trails .. noticed a faint line where the alloy insert meets the downtube.
I figure gel coat where the two different materials meet ... no biggie ...
boy did that escalate quickly.
In all fairness I gave Monza an opportunity to resolve but I now have another trophy and youall have the pickies...

That's shit , sorry to hear but this is why I will not buy carbon frames second hand. I am part of world wide GT group and never seen them break there. Only seen an early model carbon Force snap at the rear triangle on large jumps, what looked to be at whistler but other than that just cable routing issues. I don't know if M***a doesn't like dealing with GT or vice versa but I have heard a few bad stories in the past with sales and warranty and I can't validate them as being true or false.
