hey have any of you guys seen the movie haggard. its basically the guys off cky. Bam, Ryan Dunn and others made a real movie with a storyline etc.

it is a must see but if you have seen discuss.

go buy rent it or download it
 
I remember seeing the 1st CKY video about 8-10 years ago. It was funny then. It was different. Then I saw Johnny Knoxville test out various implements on himself (including a cheap bulletproof vest) on the 2nd BigBrother Skate vid. This was about 8 years ago. That wasn't only funny, it was insane. My skate friends & I copied them for a while making videos, electrocuting ourselves etc, but got over it.

My point being 'Haggard' sucks.
 
I was in New York for a while at the start of the year, and this was all you could find on TV (slight exageration, there we also many teen dating show crappers too). This stuff was funny a couple of years ago, but I'm soooo over it now. Plus that Bam dude REALLY shits me. Why do people get popular for being dumb? Yes I know he's a skater, but nobody outside of the skating world knew him until he got onto the whole Jackass/CKY thing. Oh well, at least it's a bit more "real" than Survivor and Big Brother :roll:

When is Lateline or the 7:30 report going to make a movie? Now that's something I'd go see :D

Meh, Bam is just damn annoying in my books. He wasnt that well known, even in skateboarding before jackass,

Bam is funny as, I don't care what you old timers have to say. I've seen a fair few vid's with Bam in them that pre-date jackass too.
The only people who don't like/get he shows are the people who don't do the same thing themseves. If all you do everyday is ride around (or skate) and do stupid shit. Then of course you're going to like watching people who do the same sort of thing, but more intesly. Plus Bam got slayer playing at his house.

I have seen videos of Bam that pre-date YOU. He has been doing the same shit for since he was about 10. It is tired, put it to sleep. They recycle the same material over & over & over again so kids like you can spend their parents cash. Bam made millions last year, of course he can get Slayer to play at his house, you think they did it for free? I am not denying their creativity especially Brandon DeCamillo or Bam's skateboarding talents but if you have seen CKY, CKY2K & SHIT then you have seen it all.

'kicking ass' is like having fun. Doing what you want, becasue you have the confidence, the balls and the power to do it. Although in some peoples cases it's just because they are idiots, but the outcome is the same. You are doing what other people can't do because they are scared, or don't have the skill to do.

Everyone has a choice to be an old mate, who work's his whole life so he can just afford to pay off his mortgage by the time he is 60, or to be something else. What do you think these guy's (excluyding Johnny KNoxville) would be doing if they didn't have their shows and movies? They would all be on welfare and skating and drinking and doing the same shit, just without the dollars behind them.

What the fuck is wrong with CKY? There original, can actually play their instruments and are reasonable songwriters.
Seriously, I am sick of the shit some people talk on these forums (Why I wasn't around for a while). If you don't like something I don't have a problem with you saying that you personally don't like it, just don't go attacking others who do.
