Header Page not updating?

On the front page of RB there is "Forums Topics" which gives a summary of all updated threads.

For the last 2 days it has not updated and it shows the same threads and post counts as from 2 days ago.

Also is it possible to configure this so when clicking on the thread name it opens to the last post in the thread rather than the first one?

well spotted. The first I can fix, the 2nd one (redirecting to last post) I'll have to see.
