As far as i read in the upcoming nsw/act 4x / dual slalom thingo... (its late, my brain's not working excuse me.)

The rule's said must have front and back brakes.

And then also at least 2 of the following:

1. 26"-29"
2. Front suspension
3. Gears



But it would make your life much harder on a 24... you should go 26
