I reckon that tiny cog screws into the hub. 2 chain whips pushed in opposing directions will probably see you in the clear. May only need one if the cogs threaded conveniently.

Ah yeah now on the lappy, that's just a cassette tool removal. The photo with the dust in the slots was confuxored on the phone...
