how do you delete your own user?

I need to delete it because for some reason with the user name 01' 250 i cant post photos and because you cant change your username i need to delete the old one.

I just needyou to delete the user names dj and 01' 250 because i couldn't post photos with 01' 250 and i created dj to see wheather the ' in 01' 250 was the problem which it was.

ok.. i havent deleted those accounts.. i have just disabled them.
