220ml each leg 5-15 ml less if you want a 'lighter' spring rate, 5 -15 ml more if you are a fat bastard & really squash them. 7.5 wt standard , but many people use a thicker grade to get a bit more dampening ; 10 or even 15.
Normally you would just measure the distance from the top of the shock to the oil. When filling again with oil fill to this same level. this works well unless you know you have lost a decent amount of oil.
