A bit chuffed with this one.
I do the event photography for the Cape to Cape MTB event in Western Australia and this year for the first time we went to this creek crossing. The pros were smart and approached it with caution with many getting off and running through. While I was there two riders flew down the downhill and bunnyhopped into the creek both crashed. It was muddy from other riders and a ballsy approach. It's a 14 shot crash sequence and hopefully you'll get to check out the full sequence sometime soon. The Western Australian ran this page 14 half page which is pretty amazing (Sam Hill winning the world champs didn't even get a pic!). Great exposure to the event and sport with approx 300,000 readers on a Monday.
