A BMX rim isn't actually 20" the diameter of a rim. 20" was an early approximation of a 20" wheel with what we would consider a small tyre. Infact, sunrims are measured as 406mm (on the rim tape surface), or 16.5" across the whole circle, so it would be a bit less than 150cmWell judging by his front wheel my calculation was:
20" + 3" of tire x 2.7 (roughly how many front wheels fit into the wall) it's about 150cm..fucking huge in other words.
I like his bicycle too.
Well, you know America? It's somewhere in there.that is awesome. THat is a sick frame. if you dont mind me asking where abouts is that.
Ben
yep, then he'll have one of those stupid old ironhorse bmx's that had front suspension, or the multitude of kmart offerings with shocks. it'll take that much to realise, it never worked for a good reason. The bike looks cool.
But it needs some suspension, and then it will be cooler.
