I got a boo boo

well, i didn't cop it as bad as gutty but i too have "caused substantial injuries" to my left wrist. Soft tissue damage and a fracture. it fukin hurts, cant pick up a jumper or anything heavier without real bad pain, tend to cramp up aswell. Dunno how long i'll be off the bike.

Good sign is when I came off I fixer my derailleur THEN noticed the throbbing pain and bleeding knees :lol:
