is there any mountain biking club to join in perth?

good day all,
im new here in rotoburn forum and i was looking for a club to join and accepting a newbie in mountain biking. i am 25years of age ive been here in perth 3months ago that's why i dont have much friend to hung-out, im 5'8'' 58kg. and planning to buy a mountain bike this week probably giant glory dh1 09 or much newer version. i wish somebody can suggest me some club to join here in perth.

just a quick question what is the meaning of XC,BUMP!:noidea: coz im new here dont know what does it mean.

XC :- is for cross country .... they are mostly hillbillies and need to keep it simple so they understand :tape:

Bump :- is used to bring a thread back to the top of a section .. primarily used in the for sale sections as having your stuff in bold and near the top usually generates more interest. <-- there are rules governing its use and pretty much is never used in any other section.

Perth has bugger all elevation you'll be better off with a XC or AM bike especially if you don't have a shuttle.
