KMC chains to SRAM cassettes???

Hey just wondering if a KMC X9 chain is compadable to a sram 9speed cassette? And/or what other chains are compadable with a sram cassette?

As long as the KMC chain is 9spd it will be compatible. Any 9spd chain will be compatible with your 9spd cassette.

Also if you use the KMC link you will have problems, either take the link out and use a chain tool to join the chain or use a SRAM link on the KMC chain, I cna't remember why it doesn't work, it just doesn't

Are both the chain and cassette new or has one/both been heavily used? If they are used you might strike some wear issues.

Im aware of this issue. The cassette is almost new and the chain is brand new!
