Brakes were $85, wellgos were $15, frame was $250, and the old bike that I got the other bits and pieces off was $400, so now its actually cost me more like $750...wow where did you get those parts??? that looks good for what you spent on it.
Yeah mate I fixed it, I just ziptied it really solidy to the linkage thingie.Try ziptieing the rear brake hose underneath the seatstay, you'll kink it less often. Actually... running the hose down the downtube then along the chainstay would be an ever bigger step forward. Seems lots of Kona style 4 bar bikes suffer from regularly kinked hoses with that routing.

Way to expensive for what they are.
+ They only have 170mm travel, where as you get get single crowns with 170 - 190mm travel.
i used to have those forks and were nothing but troubles how have they treated you?it is nice to know that there other people out there who have the same kona as me becase i thort i was the only one with a kona stinky 2004 model
