Lense help

Hey guys .. this prob isn't the right place but Im going to try anyway.

Im about to buy a new Canon 7D, does anyone have any thoughts on the best lense for HD MTB vids.

Im prob going to get a 10-22 and something else ... any thoughs.

(an yes I know if I want to take vids I should buy a vid camera but I take more stills than vids)

The 50mm f1.8 should be owned by everyone. Such good value and versatile, cheap, fast, light, small.
