Just wondering if anyone knows where I can get one of these bolts, last owner stripped it

Would never have thought of that .... I would start at Bunnings
That bolt, like many suspension linkage bolts, is a special and an oddball.
Chances of getting one off the shelf is highly unlikey.

OP doesn't know the length the bolt is, what thread or pitch it is, what the dimensions are of the head.....

Wandering around fixing suppliers will take more time and effort than ringing the local giant dealer (which there are many) and buying the specific bolt.

True but if he pulled the one out of the other side, he may get some idea. Assuming, of course, it's a symetrical arrangement.

Sarcasm was clearly missed ...

I fixed a alloy bolt like that by tapping the stripped hex section and screwing in a bolt using hi strength Loctitie, once set you can just undo the lot using the new bolt head.
It was a permanent fix.

I'm not getting into this one :heh:

Giant is the first stop but just for reference, these guys at Nepean Boltmaster have just about thread, head, pitch etc that you could imagine. One of those places that you don't need much but when you do it is like seeing a deity. T

You realise it is probably a bolt specifically made for giant right? When you go to a giant dealer they will most likely order it in. A few days later you will have the bolt. Expect to be reamed for the privilege. I can't remember pulling that bolt on any of the glories I've owned, but it looks to be 1 piece, not a bolt and washer.

You may be able to doctor something up with a washer etc as well, but...just buy the right bolt.

I love bolt specialists but sometimes you just need the specially designed bolt.

I needed the bolt from the rear of that rocker, it isn't sold individually but part of a kit that has bolts bearings and spacers.

^^What he said. You might have to buy the whole linkage rebuild kit as none of the special bolts are usually available separately.
I went through this with a reign that I lost a pivot bolt from. Was about $70 for the kit.
Hopefully your LBS has one in their parts bin, but not very likely
