Looking for second hand Light Downhill/Freeride bike, any suggestions?

Hey,
I am new to mountain biking and am looking for a Light Downhill/Freeride bike, preferably a medium. My price range is $1000-$1400, any suggestions on brands, and bikes for sale. Im in Qld.
I am currently contemplating: Specialized Sx Trail, Santa Cruz Nomad or Bullit

If you find a Santa Cruz Nomad, or any SC bike in that price range, I will eat my hat. But if you do, I would be careful as it is probably damaged or in poor repair.

In saying that, I have the Carbon Nomad and it is a ripper of an all rounder. I have it set up with an RC4 coil at the back and ride it from light DH to XC. The beauty of the VPP suspension makes it an efficient pedaller as well. Best bike I have ever ridden.... most expensive bike I've ever bought too! :)

I saw a very good IronHorse Sunday in medium on bike exchange. It is in NSW though. I can't believe that bike is still available.

Giant Reign X1

Hey Guys, What do you's think about the Giant reign X0 or Giant reign x1 as a light down hill/Freeride bike,

The Reign X0 and X1 are almost approaching the aggressive all mountain type of bike, The Giant Faith is the Freeride bike in Giants range
Although I'm fairly sure they aren't being released to the Australian public this year, there is usually a few second hand ones from 2011 backwards for sale second hand on eBay etc. just have a look and you'll find something:single_eye:

You'll find out pretty soon that Freeride is just a bludge:very_drunk:
