The TMBC will be carrying out maintenance and more specifically erosion control along the length of the Frenzy over the next couple of months and we need all the involvment we can get from the MTB community to re-establish the sections that have started to deteriorate.
Currently the club reps have a meeting with the park ranger on Sunday the 12 of August (time tbc) to indentify and discuss areas of concern and possible remedies, then the first of the maintenance days will be Sunday 19th August at 2pm(tbc).
The club is lucky to have two Soil Scientists with one specializing in erosion control and also prefering Down Hill MTB. Whilst we will be consulting with both these people on a regular basis I would like to encourage input from everyone involved with MTB particually the DHers as we need to know what they want in their 'downhill' track.
As the problem areas are identified I will put up photos for comment and suggestions.
There is already some lead up conversation and photos on the TMBC face book page.
