Maitland to Glenrock

Hey All,

Some guys at work have been talking of mountain biking from somewhere in the vicinity of Maitland / Greenhills to Glenrock.

Does anyone know if there is a trail from one to the other. I have never heard of it before

There is trails that run parrallel to the wallsend link road which you can ride then into jesmond park up to the john hunter from there you can duck down the roads through kotara and up fernleigh track to glenrock. No experience on trails from the link road towards maitland sorry.

Here's a bit more to get you from Beresfield to Seahampton. From there getting to the link road is easy. I can't help more between Beresfield to Maitland though. If you find something, post a link.

Yep there is some trails as my good mate mr pi11 wizard as kindly posted but I wouldn`t be riding them for a wile now
as they don`t handly wet weather well. So if youre keen pm me and I will gladly show you them, there is a lot of climbing and the new Hunter expresway constuction as blocked the the route to Sugerloaf but I am still planing to ride to Glenrock from Beresfeild this year if it ever stops raining!!!
