Having spent a bit of time at Majura in the previous 2 weeks I can attest that the new track is very raw and still needs significant bedding in and rain.

TBH I was dreading 24hr around the course in it's current state as it would not have been fun both from an enjoyment point of view and to the potential damage to the new track in places.

Yep, I was there on the weekend and some parts are like 200mm deep in powdery dust. We had a bit of rain last night but we need about a month of rain-ride-rain-ride for that place to bed properly.
