That outline is easily a $75k + job.
Oh i agree with what you are saying, however the actually payment figure however is another thing.

Let's be honest, the fact they aren't stating a salary package or indicative figure is enough to suggest the money is shit, otherwise they would be luring people with that, or at the very least "offering an attractive salary package"

it's a love job, not a money one.

If I was specialized i would be making damn sure that I couldnt hire someone internal.. say a mechanic or sales rep from one of the flagship stores who is super keep for the step up. says something about the business that they dont have anyone in mind. maybe they do but are just casting the net wider in case there is a gem out there who is willing to bust his or her but for their one true love, the big S.

I will apply, get the job. take home my mandatory s works enduro then quit a month later after the training / induction period is up! WOOhooo!!!

Maybe they could add to that making sure up and coming product ambassadors (kids) bikes are properly assembled with greased bearings/hubs... Yet another fuck the operations manager has relieved themselves from giving.

I have a close mate who gets about now with the aid of a wheel chair who's a wizard on the tools, great with people, superior organisation skills, a gun negotiator, great with figures, experienced at coordinating big events, great motivator, super fit and is ex special forces. His moto was also set you CO up for success, which is what the add is screaming for. He should apply.
