Dumb question, but how do you use a chairlift with your bike? Never done it before.

sit down - bike on lap, drop down top bar hook bike seat over top bar
A bit freaky the 1st time
Mind you only done it maybe 6 times

q1. With the 50km XC are there water stops, or are you expected to carry all water?
q2. With the alpine weather variations, what amount of clothing did you end up wearing in the races (vest,arm warmers, long sleeve, etc)
q3.Anyone recommend tire changes from 25km XC (1.95) for the Brake Burner (2.35 )?

Do not go "weight weannie" here
No skinny 1.9" tyres..however you dont need a huge DH tyre either.
I have not suggested a brand or tyre name - make your choice based on wanting to finish every single race with no punctures or tears.
New ones with aggressive knobs
