Mt.Taylor race
If your talking about Mt.Taylor down near Bairnsdale in Gippsland Victoria there will be a race down there towards the end of the year as part of the Samaria downhill series. That series isnt the state series, its just our own thing. We wanted to hold a few races at brand new tracks, including Apollo Bay, Mt.Taylor and another new track at Barjarg. BMX and Moto clubs hold there own races and series so we thought we'd do the same. Final dates will be released as soon as the nationals dates have been released, or just keep an eye on smbp.com.au for the latest info. You can also get on the mailing list if you dont want to go searching for stuff just by dropping us an email through the web site.

Mt.Taylor race
Yeah me and Kenny are heading down there soon to meet with the ranger (as we have done the paper work) to evaluate the site for parking, transport access ect. and if all is good we'll then start work on track itself. Kenny and a few of the locals gave it a work over last year but we'll add some lines and minor improvements for a bit more variation and it should be awesome. There is new tracks at Apollo Bay too so we'll have to decide which one to race on in the same series down there also.
