Apologies if there is already a thread on this.. happy to be pointed to it.

Havent ridden for 5 years, pretty much stock 2011 Giant Reign 1 - looking to get a full service before I get back on, looking for recommendation for servicing in the South East

Like how to service your suspension yourself, or why not to… :p
If it's a rockshox fork from that era, you can more or less throw all the parts in a tub with some fresh oil, shake it around a bit, and it'll probably come out serviced and ready to rock.

If it's a fox talas fork from that era, it'll probably combust internally if you look at it while holding a ph1 screwdriver instead of a ph2.
