music program help!

Hey all.
Me and my brother are sick of hearning entire songs and crap bits of songs and stuff for our message and ring tones.
can someone reccomend an easy to use program to cut songs up and stuff.

Cuts up songs and you can even make songs longer if you wanted. Works a treat

Sony Sound Forge is by far the best I have used.
You may be able participate in illegal activities to obtain the software, but we're not going to talk about that here

You just load the song in, highlight the bit to cut out and press delete. Then play it back. Couldn't be simpler.

You can even put in movie clips and just steal the audio from them.
