I twisted my ankle nicely a couple of months ago and negleted physio until now cos i could walk on it.
I definately recommend going to physio sooner rather than later cos i'm paying for it now...i started walking funny to compensate and now i've got a pretty crap ankle!
On a side note, does anyone out there with mong ankles wear ankle protection and if so what?
