i got a new bike recently and it has a set of mz comp's on it i was wondering how to adjust the rebound and dampening and stuff like that on them coz i'm racing DH and they're stiff as shit.

Shermans for dh if you want SC fork, otherwise if you're doing pure dh then get DC's.

What bike is it? I'd be wary of putting DC's on a lot of the bikes that come specced with MZs.
