mmm... always intersted to hear what they've got so say (i'm a total science nerd - ask The Nerf)
Can't see it being anything too earth shattering though, if it was "we've found little green men" then you'd expect someone higher up to want to have their name associated with it.
The one i'd really like them to announce would be "we've cracked FTL and plan to put a man on Proxima Centauri by the end of the decade" (and all the pedants can eff off over the errors in that statement ;-)
