Very good to hear. Glad we have some great trackies coming up through the ranks. To beat Phinney is a top effort. He seems to be a bit of a cycling prodigy in the USA atm

It's the U19 record, beating Brad McGees age record he set over a decade ago. Not dissing Hepburn, he's got gobs of talent but 35deg weather with super low humidity woulda helped him a fair bit.
