This is my Norco 250, has parts from both the 08' and 07' models with a wicked new paint job. Rides nicely and cost me in total less than $1200.
Frame - 08' Norco 250 (with 08 Holden SS Ute golden metallic paint)
Front shock/fork - Marz DJ 3
Handlebars - Hussefelt DH-Riserbar
Stem - Funn Rippa
Headset - FSA Impact 8D
Grips - Primo
Saddle - Norco Pivotal
Seatpost - Norco Pivotal
Rear brake - Avid Juicy 3's (not pictured)
Cranks - Not sure (the 07 250 cranks)

Very happy with it especially for the price, the only things i'll be changing in the near future is obviously to throw on my Juicy 3, then get some black Fly Ruben grips
