na its because they arent.

they are like 2" or a bit over. i think ns measure there bars from a diferent spot than Blk Mrkt do.

we put my bada bings up against these in the shot and yeah diffinatly a lot smaller.

also when i had Ns district bars in 3.5" they were still a tad smaller in height that a bada bing.

not sure just has to be from where they measure it??
 
I'm not arguing with whether they are 3" rise or not. :p

They do look bigger than 2" though.

Usually rise is measured from center to center, correct?
 
Yeah centre to centre. NS Bikes must measure from bottom of tube to the top of the rise. Therefore making these 3" but smaller if measured the same as Bada Bings, and compared to them too. I'll measure them some time to see from bottom of tube to top of rise, and the centre.

Rode some trails today, takes a bit to get used to how light it is! Felt unco as cause it's soooo poppy, got it under control eventually though, absolutely love it !
